Trending – #Nailart. Nail it.
This season nail art is due to be bigger than ever, metallics, glitter, patterns, prints, finger-nail sized studs (K$sha) – you name it, and someone’s wearing it on their nails. Bored of the cracked effect that everyone’s sporting at the moment? Read on for OMB!’s top tips for nailing nail art.
1) Glitter. The easy go-to if everything else seems a bit complicated or risqué.
2) Nail wraps. For smooth metallics and fuss-free patterns try nail wraps.
3) Stamps. You may not have heard of Moyou or Konad. Use the stamper to pick up nail paint from the stencil plate and voila – stamp it across your nail. A little tricky to use, but fab once you get the hang of it. And the metal plates are reusable.
4) Magnetic metallics. These nail polishes contain metallic particles that, with the use of magnets, form a pattern on the nail.
